Design Process
The first step was to convert their printed material and logo's to electronic versions. All the text and images for the website was supplied by the client. The client supplied images needed sorting, cropping and resizing to fit within the website.
The client already had a domain registered, hosting and email services with us. Once the design was completed as a static website, it was uploaded to a demo server for the client’s approval.
It was at this stage that the client decided that at some point in the future they would want to be able to add pages to the website, as well as edit the existing pages text and images.
It was decided that this could best be achieved by utilising our Content Management Solution, which would allow the client to be able to create new website pages, upload and resize images and add text for each new page.
Our Content Management Solution was flexible enough to allow the static website design to be easily converted to work with our content system with a minimal of fuss.
